💡I worked 27 years in a multinational corporation, including 10 years as General Manager of L'Oreal Professional Products Division. My corporate journey was defined not only by tripling turnover and quadrupling profit, but also by the extraordinary people I had the privilege to work with, learn from, and grow together with. Equally, I am proud of the young generation of leaders I have developed. I choose to dedicate my next chapter to what has always inspired me most: people and their growth. I am now a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡, 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫, 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫, finalizing the certification with Erickson Coaching International, ICF member, working with leaders, young and Gen Z professionals & entrepreneurs.
